Legacy Manors Privacy Policy

We have tried to make this privacy policy as straightforward and simple as possible, but unfortunately, there’s always a bunch of legal verbiage that needs to be included in a privacy policy.

Confidentiality

First and foremost, as Canada’s custom builder of secure homes, confidentiality is of paramount importance to us.

We will never sell your information to a third party. We absolutely love building great homes to last generations, so we have no interest in anything but the most ethical and transparent business practices.

Security

We are a technology oriented firm. We are quite good at ensuring a high caliber of data security and make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our data is secure. We have yet to have a client database breach. However, Legacy Manors cannot guarantee that any method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking

We do use cookies, advertising methods across the web and on social media, and user tracking services. For these purposes, as per each ad service vendor’s respective platform, we share user, cookie, and tracking data with ad platforms on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Quora, and other advertising service providers that we work with. We use these exclusively for Mako Design + Invent business purposes only.

We, of course, will likely reach out to any user if for business purposes.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Users under the age of 18. If we find out a Child’s Personal Information has been collected, we will delete the account. If parents or guardians believe that we have unintentionally collected their Child’s Personal Information, they should contact us to request the deletion of the information at any of the offices below.

Data Collection

Legacy Manors may collect any part of the following user information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, work history, emails, relationships, visuals, keywords, advertising history, cookies, budget, finances, bank accounts, internet or other electronic history, physical location information, product, audio, video, geolocation, medical, business, services, academic, biometric, physical characteristics, identifications, credit cards, signatures, and alias.

Successors and Assignability

The data collected shall be maintained by Legacy Manors and their respective successors and assigns. Legacy Manors may assign any of their rights, interests, or obligations hereunder on its own discretion.

This is the current version of Legacy Manors’ Privacy Policy. This edition was enacted and in effect on July 12, 2024.
